Process
CONSULT: Contact us to set up your complimentary design consultation, either in our Austin studio or over the phone. We are eager to get to know you and to begin brainstorming the perfect design for your wedding celebration! Choose and personalize a design from our online portfolio, or work with our Designer to create an entirely new concept. All designs can be modified to fit your color palette, and we offer a wide range of finishing touches to complement any design. We also offer several other coordinating items for your big day, which can be found on our services page.
DESIGN PROOF AND QUOTE: Once we have an understanding of your desires and budget, our design team will prepare a digital proof and price quote, which will arrive in your inbox within 10-14 business days. If you are working with our Designer on a custom concept, we will provide at least two initial designs for your consideration. We provide two complimentary rounds of proofs for all orders, and any additional proofs are $25 per round of changes. We will also ask for your wording selection, and are happy to help with any wording suggestions or etiquette questions.
ORDER: Once everything is perfect, we will ask you to send back a signed copy of the proof, a signed copy of our design agreement, and a 50% non-refundable deposit. This stage is critical as it allows us to move your design into production, so please be sure to check, double check, and triple check all text as no changes can be made after this point!
PRODUCTION: When your design goes into production, we will lovingly print and assemble all components of your wedding suite. We will check each and every piece carefully to ensure that that nothing leaves our studio unless it is absolutely perfect. Normal turn around time is 4-6 weeks from receipt of your signed documents and deposits, depending on the complexity of your design and the availability of materials. In order to ensure the highest quality standards, we only accept a limited number of commissions each year and we plan our calendar carefully, so please get in touch with us sooner rather than later! We recommend starting your invitation design process at least 4 months prior to the date of your event since you will want to leave time to mail your invitations 6-8 weeks before your wedding.
SHIP: We offer complimentary delivery to clients within 30 miles of our Austin, Studio. UPS ground shipping is the standard for all other orders. Rush shipping can be arranged for an additional fee.
